This is a notice regarding recent upgrades to the Hub. Over the last month, we have added several new features to improve your experience.

- Fixed Collision on the Chair arm, although the rendering is still a bit buggy.
- Added in a version of the room with no baked lighting
- Made each lighting version a separate .var
- Made gaming chair movable, in all versions
- Fixed some of the baked lighting seams on the bed.
- Added a new texture to the Pillows
