can someone help me, i can't actually press the scene button choice. it just left me with some "click" sound effects but no real changes on the scene

I love BodyLanguage, but whenever I insert a dildo deep enough into a vagina, that seems to "break" the plugin and I have to reload it. Is there anything I can do to mitigate this?

Yeah, that's a bug. Nothing you can do without editing the code I fear.
