I have an image below that show my specific hairstyle settings to get the hair to behave under the hat. You might need to play around to the right settings. You can also adjust the offset of the hat above the hair!

Love the outfit but her rank insignia is all over the place.

If I'm not mistaken, she appears to simultaneously be an O4, O3, and E7 ?
