Two classic versions based on everyone's favorite weather controlling mutant. One based on the classic Cockrum/Byrne 70s version and the other based on Paul Smith's redesign of the character in the 80s.

Anyone who can help me get the dependencies down, it's appreciated. Not sure why timeline and some other plugins are in there.
