win11 or win10 for vam and vr in general?

Without any evidence to support it, I don't think W11 will give you anything that W10 doesn't give you already regarding VaM.

Stay with Win10. Win11 is still not better, sometimes even worse.

win 11 for everything, VR or not lol its a night and day difference in performance especially if you have dual monitors with different refresh rates
