noticed the plugin for static clothing wasnt showing properly for the pipboy hoping this update fixes it

Veralynn777 updated VaultMeat for fallout day with a new update entry:

plugin wasnst showing correctly hopefully this fixes it.

Hopefully this fixes the pipboy from looking scrambled if it needs applied the preset shouldd be under the plugin tab if you look at the pipboy clothing tab.
