Hi Yeti,
Updates for itch.io/housefly are released every 4-6 months (but for free, forever) and they include all content so when the update is released it's to the current latest Patreon update. The next major update for itch.io/housefly purchasers (and also for the old Steam version) is scheduled to be in late October.
