Question Vagina Trigger Always On

Hey guys, I'm having an issue with my female model in my scene. For some reason her vagina trigger is always on. I first thought it is because of the plug shes wearing, but pulling it doens't fix the issue.
Dies anyone have an idea? She's naked and nothing touches her V.

If there's nothing there you may need to check her colliders and make adjustments.
