Use VAR mode w/o VR glasses

Hi together,

is it possible to use the VR mode w/o using VR glasses but just 3D controllers? My problem is that I do not have a VR,but want to create own scenes. But with Desktop mode it`s nearly impossible to do so.

Thx for help!
