Real-world sized person in VR mode

How do I make any adjustment in VR mode so that the person has the real-world size? Namely, if a person I make is 175cm, with the help of the height measurement plug-in, how to I make that person really "look like" 175cm in height in VR (right now in the VR mode, they really look like dolls), by adjusting the game settings, preferably.

I am using Oculus quest 2. I am not sure if this is related to the VR headset

You can change world scale which should solve that problem! I think it is a button called "more options" on the main bottom menu bar. From there you can change world scale, time scale, and a few other things I can't remember. I usually play on .92 world scale.
