I am not sure what the issues is but I can only use the Tassels on futa models and not on females ( I have not tried males). In fact, the tassels items do not show in the hair or clothing tab for females. I only realized this recently when customizing a female for a scene. I thought that maybe I had deleted the var by accident or a security update blocked them. But then I open an older scene were the futa model was wearing them.
