TrackTo - tracker for empties

Addon for lazy camera animation, can create and be linked to another empty for timeline, can be used without too but i'm not sure about compatibility. Mainly intended to use with Eosin renderer

I was actually looking for something exactly like this. Thanks! Only problem i find is that it does not rotate on horizontal axis.... i mean it always stays leveled in the Z axis... would it be possible to actually track target rotation, not only position? Or maybe add individual axis rotation sliders? Maybe i´m doing something wrong though hehe.
