As you can see in the video, my right hand is working while my left hand is not. How can I fix this? Please help!

Check the Hand Control tab at the top right of the menu items. They need to be set to Morphs for this to work. Note that the hand labels on that tab are backwards. This is a known bug.

Good. Some plugins change the state of the hand controls to Json Params, which disables regular morphs.
