Do you mean Siouxie and the Banshees? No, but i can't tell anything more, as the figure is intended to be a fantasy character, although inspired by a real person.

Mates, any figure into this game is intended to be a fantasy character. Just "Inspired by" a real existing person, but not THAT person... it's up to you to identify her on your own
