The scene is made with "live" animation of tentacles. it can be said "proof of concept" for myself. I look forward to your responses. That everything is working as it should. This scene has a lot of problems. One is the inability to move the tentacles into position when changing segments. And causes the animation to shift in a chaotic position and the meshes to explode.
