If you morphed it on Vam(tweaked Lips Slidder by yourself), you can using Morph Merge & Split.

the problem is since I used a model by SuperSamoth as a base all the lip morphs I added on are added on to presumably a whole bunch of preexisting lip morphs, so even if I merged the morphs I added they would be incomplete without the morphs from his model. I use morph merger I don't use morph merge & split so idk if the split part of that can be used to separate and isolate the lips by themselves as a morph
