Based on Akali in the KDA "Popstars" video, I did this texture set to match, loosely, the same look. Great for a raver styled character or street artist. Comes with Diffuse, Spec and Gloss. Free to use and abuse as you see fit. Only want credit; open to use and tweak as you want.
