I’ve given Polina, one of my first looks, a complete rework. The original version is still available.
She also shows a bit of my progress over the past year.

• added the new background scene
• added bodytypes: skinny, curvy, pregnant and chubby
• change some dependencies
• smooth morph and added morphsets
