Down with skirts!!
Two kinds of skirt that are slightly different and attach at different points of the legs.
You might have to play around with the physics settings to fit your model the way you want.

There are presets for polkadots, see thru, floral and hearts under "customize" and the "preset" tab you can load it from there.
