In the free package there is only the nurse in her basic dress. The paid package will be updated to a silent hill bundle with this nurse and more clothing options, the nurse from the silent hill remake and a female pyramid head, and futa versions for all of them and different weapons that you can equip

Have a look at stoppers clothing plugin manager and his plugins that work with it. You can either get the result with the static clothing plugin or if you have it already as a cua, you can create a blank clothing item and connect a cua to it with stoppers cua clothing item for the plugin manager. In this case I also added a plugin that allows for morphs to get automatically applied with the clothing item, useful for all kinds of hand-held items or high heels etc
