When looking at 2nd screenshot, nipples caught my attention (i noticed misalignment, you can usually see it when looking top-down).
Maybe you are unaware of it, but you have wrong skin selected for custom skin textures.
That torso texture is for victoria6, instead base female.

You can use female12 skin if you need that auto gens feature. Cheers! ?
