Short Dress (mod of PL_Artists Long Dress) - Flowing red dress

A short version of Long dress by PL_Artists. Needs that as dependency.
I used alpha texture to hide the lower part and made the sim less loose around the chest.
Includes 1x clothing item 'Short Dress'
