Haven't played the demo, but I tried replicating your steps and settings and couldn't get it to work. Will watch the demo and try again.
 
The key it to set Render Mode to Pixel. The rest is pretty self explaining. Thanks for the great idea. I didn't get it work with a BJ however, played around with focus and shadow setting but the teeth or tongue always block the light too much while the gens / colon are of much weaker tissue.
 
That's a good point. Vector lights definitely won't work :)
