Yes you should always load the BodyLanguage plugin on the female atom. But it will also handle males and (builtin) dildos in the scene. See the overview page of this plugin, at the bottom the documentation shows how to configure BL triggers for male/altfuta orgasm. However, afaik you can't bind shortcuts for individual males in the scene, just Q (by default) to make them cum all.

Another thing, usually, in order for Boobs to start lactating, I click on the Female atom, then I go into plugins, then I open SexyFluids plugin, then I click on Left Nipple(or Right Nipple), then I click on "Milk" and then I press "Load Presets" and finally, I press "Start Endless" and Boobs start lactating(with Loaded presets, which I pre-configured and saved earlier). Interestingly, I noticed that for every Scene(or every occasion I start a Scene I already saved a while ago, having there a Female atom, with SexyFluids plugin pre-configured), I now would again have to manualy "switch On" the lactation again(meaning, again clicking on the Female atom, then I go into plugins, and then I open SexyFluids plugin, click on Left Nipple or Right Nipple, then I click on "Milk" and then I load Presets and finally I press "Start Endless" and Boobs finally start lactating).

Is there, by any chance, the way of having Boobs, becoming already lactating automatically(with the presets, which have already been chosen and saved already once), immediately when the Scene starts(just enough to configure and save everything once)? Instead of every time, after scene got loaded, manually clicking on the Female atom, and start all manually one more time again, when loading already saved scene anew ? Just curious.

Because, I noticed, that, every time I restart the saved milk scene, lactation does not start(I have to jump in Female atom plugins, and start everything anew).

Just trigger the appropriate action in any way you want. See Storables and Actions in the documentation for list of available triggers - the examples used there are for the penis, but same sets exist for squirt/lnipple/rnipple. How you run the triggers depends entirely on how your scene is set up. If you use Timeline, just trigger it from there. If you use BodyLanguage's Poses, use its Actions - On Pose Enter triggers. Or you can use EventSceneLoad from MacGruber's LogicBricks to trigger actions on scene load.
