I just rechecked this asset, I see that you have added switches and/or lights, but the file only contains the asset, not a scene. That means what we're downloading does not have those buttons as per your update image (Bedroom, Entrance, Blue lights).

Otherwise, this asset is very clean and not laggy at all!

I've just checked and the asset works perfectly.
Mind you, it's not a scene, but an asset.
Have you updated it?
The SciFi Bedroom is in V2.
