Added some things

Note: this is actually the end scene of a small series I am working on. There will be some other subscnenes before this scene like teasing, foreplay etc...

However in this update:
- dynamic moaning now for the dude also
- small lubing audio effects
- synchronous orgasm with cumshot
- some more speed variation
