Make sure your character scale is set to 1.0, otherwise the animations don't match up with the bike.

Not enlarged, only the character being replaced has long legs and is tall

I have no idea whats causing it. It's still close enough. Maybe scaling the character to .99 or .98 might fix it.

Hi there! I love your scene idea, and had another one for you. What about also making a scene for an exercise bike in a gym? As either a setting to this scene, or a standalone?
