Poses are great, but they're saved with the main node info which then moves the figure from where you have it. Would be awesome if you could resave them all without the main node position.

Load the pose, and save as new pose without main node info.

Certain pose need a minimum rotation at root node.
And, someone is request an opposite idea from you.
