The wrinkles on the normal maps that are used to mimic real life skin is rather unpleasant to look at at high diffuse bumpiness, and as far as I know, there are no ways to magically alter them through the press of a button. So, If possible, I wish someone to remove said wrinkles from the diffuse normal "Female & Male Bodybuilder Veins" by Jackroo, and "Female Muscle normal maps" by Damarmau. (Pretty please)
 
Remove the wrinkles is a bit vague. I assume you are talking about the face normal map? Painting out those parts is tough, it's easier to replace the face normal with one you like and blend the edges. A normal map has other details that often needs to align with the diffuse texture to look good, like the eyebrows, pores and the lip edges. A generic normal map wont work right on certain looks. You can use Face Blend Plugin by northern.shikima to blend texture seams together all inside of vam. That way you can blend a face normal map with any torso map you want.

Find a skin that you like the textures of the face. Put the muscle normal maps in the Diffuse slots of your model and add the plugin. Then in the plugin add the face normal that you want to blend on top. Then add the mask that blends around the outside of the face and save the texture. If you reload the model and add the muscle normals and this new face texture you made in the normal slots, It should now blend well together.

If the details of the face normal is still too strong when having the secular roughness set high, you can also use DelalMaker by Chokaphi to layer normal maps to adjust their strength and save the result. You can then repeat the first step to blend this less intense face texture.

(You can change anything for your own use, but pay attention to the licence of the textures you are using, as some don't allow you to share any edits you make.)

The licencing on the muscle maps does allow sharing edits as long as you keep the same licence type, but it depends what face texture you want to blend it with.

Give it a go. If you still have trouble getting it to look right, let me know the face/look you want and I'll blend them if I can.
