I currently run a i7 10700k, 2080ti, 32gb of ram. Whenever I have soft physics enabled, the movement is kinda slowed. Is there something I can do/get to make it better?

You might try the GiveMeFPS plugin. Great plugin that gives you the ability to control the tradeoff between speed and model quality.

You can try take stress of it other ways, like turning off physics from other areas. Usually turn off men physics, hair, cloths etc... speeds it up abit, but just having any physics on by default is super straining.
