recently just discovered this Apartment. had to create a missing wall on the window side.
RE Apartment2 is the neighbour apartment to jills .
featured ;
Animated fan
Fridge doors that can open with a plugin located in the RE apartment Atom plugins
TV with a video clip ,if you click on the tv screen it will start a video clip
and click the tv screen again will turn it off.
Note , this wouldn`t download on the hub , hence external link...

Thanks mate for reporting this , i checked in unity that the collisions are active , and yet not working in vam other than the chair
i will fix this .

not sure what happened with the collisions , as i did remember to activate them in unity
but they didn't work in vam , my only guess is the apartment had an armature and that everything was linked to it
so deleted the armature in blender and re imported the apartment.

Sorry about that , i had to delete it as i forgot to add the ceiling fan even though the collisions work

I always hope for environments that don't have lighting automatically baked in, that way I can set my own for night or day use.

are you referring to the light bulbs emission? that add a glow effect, this isn't baked lighting. baked lighting is where light and shadows are fixed to a texture
i am in the process of trying a plugin that turns the light emmisions on or off.

Created light switches and edited Hazmhox tiny bathroom plugin to use for the lights
i have used a UI toggle button above the light switch to demonstrate the lights that can be turned off or on
if any issues with the light plugin let me know .
