If I was to record Vam through a quest 3, then post the recording on let's say Reddit. Would I be in violation for posting others work? Environments, looks, clothing ect.

It's always a good idea to credit others when posting a video anywhere, but generally you wouldn't be violating any licenses unless you attempted to sell the videos or use the videos as advertisements for commercial content.
