Folly_Works submitted a new resource:

Quarantined street - An abandoned and cut off cyberpunk street

A Small section of a Quarantined City in some Cyberpunk/Post-apocalyptic place

Disclaimer:

1. The Asset is Named Quaranteened City because im bad at spelling
2. There are a few assets which dont have Colliders, namely anything with complex shapes such as:
- The Lamp posts
- Any Trash or Detritus
- The Fire Escape
- The Crystals
- And More

Im still trying to figure out how to add colliders to that kind of stuff, but i've got a few ideas!

If there are any questions...

Read more about this resource...

Following up your reply. I am yet to open the environment in VAM so that I can test everything and see if I might find something... However as I've already mentioned, what I really appreciate is when creators of the environment for example add a door/window/gate that can then opened or closed via timeline plugin / script... Also with bigger environments like this here, it is also always nice if there's at least one or two interiors that can be accessed - again for example via doors / window / gate or whatever.

Also a huge bonus is when a creator includes a pack of some themed assets that people can add themselves into the environment later... e.g. for your environment it would be some more barrels, debris, a damaged car, bench, some variations of fences (with holes, no holes etc.) or a flames that can be used for the barrel you have in the picture. However some of these things can be found at the hub, so maybe it's not needed to create them, but maybe list them as your suggestion.

Overall I really like this one already and hope you will create more! Cheers

edit: also it is, at least for me, really important to include some built-in assets that I could use as a source of light - you have street lamps but a window, neon signs, barrels with fire in it, damaged but running car with lights are a few examples that can work well.

i will definetly keep all of this in mind for future projects, thanks for the advice/suggestion!

Hi, this resource and your other environment both give double vision in VR. This has been a problem with some CUAs on the Hub and it has do with a step you have to take to delete the camera in Unity or something, but I don't know the details. Looking forward to seeing this and your other assets, but can't view them currently.

I didnt even think about deleting the camera in unity. I will give that a try and repost the both of them to see if that is the case. Ill try and get to this in the coming week! Thank you for giving me a lead as I've been trying to figure out how to fix that for like a week now.

Hey! Could you try and give this a look in VR? I just updated it so hopefully It should work, and if it does then I figured out what the problem is. I dont have a VR helmet otherwise I would check myself

Hell yeah! Ok, so then I figured out what it is. I forgot to turn on VR compatability. I literally checked two boxes and it seems that was the problem. Thank you again for your help in VR testing. i'll be updating the Gas station sometime this week as well.
