In order to improve transparency between members of the Hub and the moderation team, we've added this forum to allow members to give feedback about moderation on the Hub, our official Discord, and any other official VaM pages.
Please understand that we are limited in what we can discuss, as no personal information can be shared unless requested by the owner of the content, or unless publicly requested (someone 'airs their dirty laundry').
We will also be attempting to post here some information about specific moderation decisions, with all personal details redacted in most cases. This is not a "shame wall" and is not intended as such. But we would like to give some insight into our decision making processes to improve transparency and to help the community better understand our policies, our mindset, and what actions they can take to remedy a situation if they have violated a policy.
Please be respectful and considerate with your posts. Keep in mind that many of our moderation staff are volunteering their time to improve the community and your experience on the Hub.
