Got to tackle Qiyana again with this commission, this time with an alternate skin, a few notes;

1) Shoes have built-in collision

2) If there's clipping on the skirt in some movements you can move the big belt or change the thickness/offset

3) Her weapon has built-in collision that can be enabled through the CUAclothing tab in the item, simply tick the "collision" checkmark...
