please help me understand the plugin EMBODY

Please tell me - plugin EMBODY when I use it, I want to see but the character moves with his whole body and I just want to lower my head, for example! Is it possible to move only your head when viewing? and so that the camera doesn’t go somewhere behind the character, leaving him without a head? Is it possible to fix the camera somehow in front of your eyes so that it looks out of your eyes? and move only your head?

One thing I've done is to parent an Empty atom to the head, position it just in front of the nose bridge, then add Embody to that Empty. That way, when you rotate the camera angle, you're not twisting his head around.
