Please add instructions on how to install the addon kit without the unity hub

The unity hub is trash, broken from clean install (and complete uninstall and new clean install) on my rig. I'm going to try installing the requisite unity engine and follow the tutorial as best I can, but a word or two for people in my situation in the addon kit install tutorial would be nice.
