Pencil Skirt - A Pencil Skirt

This is another .VAR repack of my old content

with this one i changed the waistband to be closer to the body and changed some sim variables,
one of my adjustments allowed the user to adjust the distance scale to shorten the skirt easily.
I like this skirt and am considering a V3 in the future.
