Thanks for the updated instructions.
Now i understand how to get to the service part.
However it takes a long time for the progress bar to reach zero with orgasms.
If you update the scene so that service can also be started imediately or at every point during the "disstractions" i can also update my review to 5 stars.

You can add that function. But right now it seems difficult.
