Yes. The point is that any morphs applied to the feet also deform the shoes. This includes any full body morph that included feet morphs.
If the shoes are still messed up when worn by the Vam default model (which has no morphs applied), then the problem is with the shoes. There's nothing you can do about that short of finding the original daz files and re-importing them.
If they look normal on the default model, then any issues you have with them on other models is due to the fact that that model's feet have been morphed.
