Hi! I might not understand something about morphs, so apologize.
The problem is that not all morphs are loaded when I save and load Appearance.

Here are the steps:
1) I open a scene with a custom character I've downloaded from Patreon
2) I open the Person morphs and I can see it has Body and Genitalia morphs active (those are custom morphs)
3) I then Create New Appearance and save it
4) I then create a New scene
5) I add a Person atom to the scene
6) I load the Appearance I've saved on step (3)
7) I can see that Genitalia morph is loaded and active with the correct value, but not the Body morph

What is the best way to troubleshoot that? How do I make sure all the custom morphs are loaded on the second scene?
Thank you!

The body morph should load once the saved preset is being used. I think I ran into that once when creating a preset and just re started vam. Sometimes opening other scenes can make vam a bit wonky too. You can always use the slider for the morph to fix it.

Make sure that it is not a pose morph. They do not save with the appearance preset. They are saved with a pose.

In the morph menu there is a drop down menu where you can choose to only see pose morphs, "real" morphs or both (that's the default: "Morph And Pose").
Choose to only see pose morphs and then check the box that says "Only Active" and you see if you use one or more pose moprhs.

The thing is that the Body morph isn't showing in the list of available morphs for some reason

I didn't know that. Thank you for this reply!
Not my case thought, the disappearing morph is not a pose morph.
Anyway, I think it is some kind of a bug, so I'm just recreating the character in the scene :(

Did you retry creating the morphs? check the morph folder. Also you should let the creator know what issues are happening.
