This scene will help to create Mocap (motion capture) poses. If you have done content in VR mode, you will know how easy it is to work in a 3D environment. Animations made with Mocap are very realistic and natural, now with this scene it will help you to create poses quickly and with a natural feeling (many poses look good, but when you want to adjust them you see that the knee is 2 meters away from the foot, this can cause an explosion and ruin the scene you worked on)...

Blaspheratus updated Mocap pose helper with a new update entry:

Audiovisual improvements

-.Removed the MacGruber plugin and changed it to Timeline, this makes the time more correct (the 3 seconds were not 3 seconds, at least on the desktop).
-.Added sound and visual aid every second when the disable Embody button is activated (it's through a Timeline animation)
-.Changed the default skin of the model, when Embody was activated, the lashes were annoying and did not stop seeing the mirror.
-.The UI has changed a bit, but it's essentially the same.

The deactivate button was not working properly.
A simple sign was added, it contains the TimeLine Control plugin, now you can record your Mocap animations easier.

Fix Mocap animation recording

.-Fixes while recording Mocap animations
When recording mocap animations through Plugin Timeline, it exited the pluging embody and ruined the recording, it was ficced by changing the name of the atom empty segment, this makes the plugin deactivate with delay 3 or 5 seconds.

How to move foot ? it's need other function or Equipment?

You need Vive trackers or another alternative for body tracking, for example tundra trackers.

Another cheaper option is Driver4vr, it is complicated to setup, but it has very good track options.
