Is it possible to change the color on this? It doesn't seem to allow me to change it from red and I really like this skirt and would like to be able to change the colors.

The only way I was able to change the color on it was by modifying the original files to a different shade and swapping the texture. but that goes against the liscense you have for it as it can't be redistrbuted with modifications according to the License:
