After figuring out how to pack a .var, here's my second attempt. This time it contains the general preset, all textures and the morphs so it should work.

Texture/Morph fixes, turned it into a scene.

The character is now available as a simple scene.
Also I fixed the mouth texture and adjusted some morph details.
