Would the hair be affected by a wind physics plugin because it is a CUA? Actually, is the hair a CUA?

Could you please tell me or show me where I can find how to apply wgsoup's WindControl plugin to it? I don't mean to come off as irritating, if I am. I'm just having a hard time figuring it out, if possible.
