The last title at the end of the transformation mentions additional poses, but I'm not seeing them. Were they taken out?

No, they should be in there in a separate folder labeled "Shuten Loft Poses" accessed through the pose menu. If they're not showing up there, I made a mistake of some sort.

I think I wasn't very clear on where to find them; something to improve next time.
