Looking for someone who can make a look/model from character textures I have from a game (will pay)

I have textures of Jolyne from The Last Survivor game but don't know to make it into any type of model. If anybody can make a blander / any sort of model out of it that's something that I'm looking for. If somebody can make a whole look out of it for vam then that would be even better. I'm not really sure how model/look creation works so I don't know if all you would need is the textures at minimum but that's all I was able to rip from the game files.

If you have in game screenshots , I can try to sculpt the face in blender and import it in Vam, for example my Nora look, some of my Looks I modeled in MH:iceborne (nice character editor) and then I sculpt them in blender.
