Looking for full custom house scene / asset | Will pay

Hello!

I have semi specific house scene / asset I was wondering if someone could make, I cant get blender to work for the life of me, I have the layout semi made in other software and would be willing to pay for someone to build it & importable to virt with textures

TLDR: I have a floor/house plan that will pay for someone to make into an actual asset for VAM

I'd prefer to discuss in PMs or links to anyone that does commission type work!
