Has anyone figured out how to load a pose in place?

Has anyone figured out how to load a pose in place?

Load a pose, move it to the place you want, then save it as a new pose preset,
but activate the checkbox (Store Root Node In Pose) before you save it.

Then if you load the pose, it will load the pose to the place it was,
when you saved it.
