Limb removal?

Would it be possible to create morphs that make specific limbs "disappear" (or shrink them in a way that they can't be seen or collide with anything)?

I have the same, or at least a similar question. Is there a way to make male models head disappear? That way when you posses you dont see any face or hair artifacts.
